Raymond A. Los founded his first company (TRUE SOUND MANAGEMENT) in 1994 at the age of 17, providing recording artists with personal management, marketing & publicity, representing 96 artists in its 20-year history before Los retired to care for his ailing mother and autistic nephew. After his mother’s passing in 2015, Raymond A. Los focused on building several business ventures which ultimately lead to forming his conglomerate holding company,

LEAVE A LEGACY VENTURES, which includes investment ownership stakes in the world’s largest music, acting, modeling, fashion, film & television industry companies.

In January 2024, Raymond A. Los re-established management services for Recording Artists, Songwriters, Actors & Models under his new company

Born & raised in the historic Eastern Long Island village of Sag Harbor, NY & founding his first company at age 17, Raymond A. Los is an entrepreneur with 30 years of superior expertise in Recording Artist, Actor & Model Management, Event Development, Music Publishing, Marketing, Publicity and Business & Brand Development. His passion for thinking outside the box has often been compared to some of the world's most innovative minds, visionaries and global business icons.

Raymond A. Los' approach to relationship-building is grounded in his belief that kindness always wins in the end. He recognizes that the business world can be competitive and cutthroat, but he chooses to rise above that mentality and focus on creating positive, collaborative relationships that benefit everyone involved.
